Artist Bio As a dedicated artist Adrienne continues to push herself to work with new media and techniques, continually refining her style. The smallest of adventures can spark an idea and push her into creative bliss. Working mostly with acrylic paint and gaining her artistic inspiration from the natural world and her travels, Adrienne seeks out exciting ways to view the world. May it be a jungle hike, a day at the river, spending time at the ocean, climbing in the mountains or scuba diving, she continually seeks opportunities to find the creative energy to make her next masterpiece.
Adrienne holds a Master’s in Education and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Texas State University. She has been teaching art for over 15 years. Adrienne currently teaches middle school art in central Texas. She strives to make art a fun experience and outlet for her students. She works to create an environment that students feel safe to take risks and mistakes.
As an artist, educator, and traveler Adrienne seeks opportunities to merge the three whenever possible. Sharing her love of art with kids that do not have access to formal art classes has become a budding passion for this artist. Bringing supplies and her love for art to kids in communities is something that she both seeks out and enjoys with great pride. Adrienne is an experienced world traveler and she seeks opportunities to leave her mark on the communities she visits.
